    • Strong skills in R Shiny app development and deployment.
    • Familiarity with multimodal analysis (combining scRNAseq with other omics data e.g., CyTof proteomics).

    ABOUT THIS ROLE

    TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full service capabilities, resourcing and Functional Service (FSP) solutions.
    We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bioinformatician for one of our clients, a biotechnology company.
    You’ll be helping to identify novel therapeutic targets through multimodal omics integration (e.g., scRNA-seq + CyToF proteomics).

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Review and assess the current R-based integration strategy..
    • Evaluate and implement robust data integration strategies for large-scale single-cell datasets.
    • Update and enhance a Shiny app for easy data querying and visualization.
