SKILLS

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R
• Strong data skills, including experience with SQL for database management.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis methods relevant to biological research.
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques and their application in bioinformatics.
• Knowledge in data visualisation tools to present complex information clearly.
• Understanding of biochemistry principles as they relate to bioinformatics.
• Ability to perform data mining to extract meaningful patterns from large datasets.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence applications within the field of bioinformatics.
• Knowlege in Data visualisation and Data Sequencing
• Primer Designing, Data mapping for biological research
