Demonstrated expertise in cancer bioinformatics, with publications in peer-reviewed journals and a code repository. Proven experience in analysing bulk and single-cell DNA/RNA data, including amplicon sequencing, whole-exome sequencing (WES), whole-genome sequencing (WGS), T cell receptor sequencing (TCR) assays. Experience in high-performance computing clusters (e.g., SLURM/bash) and bioinformatics pipeline development (e.g., Nextflow). Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R. Knowledge of statistics and survival analysis, with the ability to apply appropriate models to genomic and clinical data. Desirable Requirements   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
