Description:
Responsibilities:
- Pipeline development for the analysis of next generation sequencing (NGS) data sets (RNA/DNA/ctDNA) and integration of the results into routine operations. The focus will be whole genome sequencing in a somatic as well as Germline context
- Setup of interfaces to databases
- Occasional establishment of additional bioinformaticsinfrastructure in collaboration with our IT department
- Pipeline related support of molecular pathology routinediagnostics
