Job Description Advance your scientific career in Indianapolis, a growing hub for biotech and pharmaceutical innovation. We’re seeking a Senior Bioassay Scientist to lead effector function testing and cell-based assay development in a GMP-regulated lab environment. This is a full-time, leadership role with relocation assistance provided to help you transition smoothly. Why Relocate to Indianapolis? Affordable cost of living Vibrant life sciences and biotech community Relocation assistance and onboarding support to help you settle in What You’ll Do Lead effector function testing for biologics and support preclinical development Design and execute cell-based assays, including ELISAs, luciferase reporter assays, and flow cytometry Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure data integrity and timely documentation Maintain lab compliance, drive operational improvements, and support quality initiatives Supervise and mentor team members, manage workflow, and conduct performance reviews Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, or related field Extensive experience in mammalian cell culture and cell-based assay development Proficiency in ELISA, luciferase reporter assays, and flow cytometry Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship Willingness to relocate to Indianapolis – relocation support is available Additional Information Position is full-time, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm Overtime as needed.
