To support this mission, Syngenta's Commercial team is looking for a Biological Field Specialist. This position has a flexible work location and can be based in the Saskatchewan area. This is an 18-Month Contract Position. Accountabilities: Provide technical leadership to the district with a main focus on registered foliar and in-furrow biological products across all crops, as well as supporting demonstration plots for pre-commercial and commercial foliar applications. Monitor and track biological demos, capturing field experiences and data for communication. Provide passionate leadership on our biological products. Lead demo field plots in multiple crops. Follow and document the field results. Deliver presentations to customers on biologicals. Provide technical leadership to the sales team. Support marketing material development. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in agriculture, science, or commerce. Minimum 5 years of experience in the agriculture industry, with emphasis on both the commercial and research sides of the business. Minimum 3 years of experience with biologicals. Passion for biologicals. Entrepreneurial mindset. Interpersonal skills for influencing and delivering a message. Desired: Practical agronomic understanding. Presentation skills. Attention to detail.
