Summary We are looking to hire a Biology Content Developer to join us in our mission to educate the world. The successful candidate shall be responsible for integrating technology and education to create engaging online biology content with refined educational value. Responsibilities Create and review biology sessions for grades 7 to 12, fostering a deeper understanding of scientific concepts and encouraging active participation Ensure the content’s alignment with different curricula to ensure relevance and educational value Develop and manage curriculum plans to create and deliver high-quality biology content Collaborate with software developers to help determine the best implementation methods Update, improve, and expand upon biology content, refining its pedagogical value in collaboration with other content writers Develop assessments and learning objectives to measure student progress and work on curriculum refinement Qualifications and Work Experience Bachelor's degree in biology, pharmacy, medicine, or a relevant field Excellent command of English Experience in teaching biology and pedagogical design is a plus Experience in working with EdTech products is a plus Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is a plus Behavioral Competencies Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to think analytically and solve problems Adaptability and flexibility Ability to work within a team and individually Excellent communication skills Expert understanding of science pedagogy Ability to produce high-quality work to meet tight deadlines
