Our Biology department probably has more students studying A level Biology than anywhere else in the country. We have a large team of Technicians working alongside the Teachers in the Faculty, supporting students in achieving exceptional results.
Duties include preparing equipment for practicals, maintaining laboratory areas and liaison with both students and staff in their work.
We are looking for someone to work five days a week starting at the end of August 2025 for a 4-month fixed term contract.
The ideal candidate will have a science qualification to level three or above, with a genuine interest in education and science. Experience working as a Science Technician would be an advantage but is not essential.
