Expected pay for this position is $36.04 - $42.40/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.
Overview:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate’s Degree and 5 years of experience in Electronic, Mechanical, IT, or Healthcare industry OR High School Diploma, Certification from The Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI)/Department of Defense (DOD) and 6 years of experience in Electronic, Mechanical, IT, or Healthcare industry.
• Licensure/ Certification: Valid state driver’s license

Other Skills/ Knowledge:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
• Human Anatomy and Physiology education completed with 1 year of hire
• Medical Terminology education completed within 1 year of hire
• Advanced Biomedical Equipment Service “vendor” training (patient monitoring, electrosurgical, infusion)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience: Military Training in Technical Field Medical Device experience
• Licensure/Certification: Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician (CBET) or Certified Laboratory Equipment Specialist (CLES) certification through The Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI).
