Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Biomedical Engineer-(Sales Specialist) to join our growing team. This hybrid role will be based in Sharjah, UAE, and will require flexibility for international travel, especially across African markets. You will play a critical role in driving sales performance, building and managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related technical field
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in medical devices or healthcare technology
  • valid UAE License (Preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and close deals in an international setting
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Africa
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Familiarity with export regulations and international sales procedures is an advantage
Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell medical equipment to healthcare institutions in designated international markets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for customers and partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met from pre-sales to post-sales support
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and risks
  • Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory plans
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
  • Travel extensively (up to 50–70%) to assigned countries: Nigeria, Ethiopia, and Somalia
