POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a District Manager of Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) / Clinical Engineering to serve as the Executive Director for a multi-hospital academic health system. This system has been nationally recognized for excellence in patient care and continues to be a leader in innovation and quality healthcare delivery.
The District Manager will provide strategic leadership, ensuring operational excellence across a large-scale healthcare technology management program. This includes overseeing client relationships, compliance, team leadership, and driving business growth across multiple sites.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of management experience in Healthcare Technology Management or Clinical Engineering.
  • Proven leadership experience within a large healthcare environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships at an executive level.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Knowledge of compliance, regulatory standards, and safety protocols.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity risks and solutions within healthcare technology environments.

    Pay: $145,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships, ensuring strong governance and service delivery.
  • Lead and develop a diverse team, focusing on coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
  • Drive business growth strategies while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Manage financial performance, budgets, and risk assessments, communicating results to leadership and clients.
  • Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
  • Promote a safe workplace environment, enforcing all safety programs and recommending improvements.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the workforce.
  • Stay current with cybersecurity issues related to healthcare providers and ensure device/system protection strategies are in place.
