A Day in the Life • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on life-saving medical equipment • Work to assure serviced equipment operates as intended, passes safety inspections, and procedures are properly documented on maintenance reports in company software • Promptly and diligently perform equipment services following standards of practice and procedures as assigned • Collaborate with team members and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers • Participate in manufacturer certification and professional development trainings and maintain updated knowledge of equipment, services, and policies • All other duties as assigned Qualifications Preferred Education • Associates degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology • Electronics or equivalent training may be considered Skills & Abilities • 0-2 years of industry experience • Ability to provide excellent customer service to professionals in the healthcare industry • Ability to work multiple shifts, include on-call as needed • Ability to travel 5% of the year
