A Day in the Life
- Support Clinical Teams: Collect, clean, stage, and manage hospital equipment so that nurses and other clinicians have what they need when they need it most.
- Maintain & Repair: Conduct preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections on essential medical equipment, helping ensure it’s in top working condition.
- Equipment Expertise: Help educate clinicians on the features and functionality of patient beds and other medical devices, supporting them in providing the best care possible.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all hospital and company protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
- Stay Informed: Participate in ongoing professional development to keep your knowledge of medical equipment, services, and policies up to date.
- Safety First: Identify and address safety hazards, reporting any incidents promptly and following all safety rules.
- Open to Opportunities: Travel opportunities available to support hospital partners across the country periodically.
- All other duties as assigned

Education/Experience
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in biomedical, mechanical, electrical, biological science or engineering preferred
- Military experience also considered
Qualifications
- Outstanding listening, communication, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills
- Highest integrity and relentless commitment to delivering value to customers and co-workers

- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and push/pull up to 150 lbs.
