Required Skills & Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in life sciences, biology, biochemistry, or related field• Experience with laboratory techniques such as PCR, gel electrophoresis, or cell culture is preferred• Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting research and presenting findings• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, R, or Python is a plus• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols
