This is a combined posting for an Associate Biomedical Technician , Biomedical Technician , and Senior Biomedical Technician . The requirements of each role are listed below under each associated title. Consideration for each role will be based on qualifications. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s Degree - Electronic Technology from an accredited program or Military training may be considered as an alternative
  • Must be eligible for AAMI/BMET certification upon hire
    Associate Biomedical Tech:
    Western WA:
    Min: $33.05 - Max: $51.30

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s Degree - Electronic Technology or Military training may be considered as an alternative
  • Coursework/Training - Must have completed several specialized training courses on servicing certain medical devices or systems
  • AAMI/BMET certification upon hire
  • 2 years of experience repairing and servicing a variety of medical electronic devices
    Biomedical Tech:
    Western WA:
    Min:$37.17 - Max: $57.71

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Upon Hire:Associate’s Degree - Electronic Technology from an accredited program -or
  • -
  • Coursework/Training - Military training may be considered as an alternative
  • Coursework/Training - Must have completed several specialized training courses on servicing certain medical devices or systems
  • Driving may be necessary as part of this role and caregivers will be expected to comply with all state laws upon hire. (You may be asked to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance. See policy for additional information)
  • 10 or more years of experience repairing, servicing and fabricating variety of medical electronic devices. A fabrication includes the ability to plan, design and implement medical electronic devices as well as enhancements or modifications to existing medical equipment
  • Experience working from construction blueprints and shop drawings

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Biomedical Technician certification upon hire
