JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to lead our project initiatives and drive program development within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and demonstrate expertise in change management, team management, and quality management. This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement through methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in project scheduling, risk management, scope management, and budgeting practices.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure projects and vendor management is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and presentation delivery.
  • Knowledge of PPM tools such as Primavera P6, Smartsheet, or similar software is advantageous.
  • Ability to analyze data for informed decision-making regarding program direction and improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of programs while managing project portfolios effectively.
  • Conduct requirements gathering and analysis to define project scopes and objectives.
  • Utilize various project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, and Microsoft Project for effective project coordination.
  • Facilitate meetings to ensure alignment among stakeholders and resolve conflicts as they arise.
  • Implement change management strategies to support organizational transitions and enhance team performance.
  • Monitor program performance through root cause analysis, earned value management, and data analysis skills to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop business process models and process maps to streamline operations.
  • Manage budgets, cost control measures, and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by applying Lean Six Sigma principles and conducting Kaizen events.
