As the Bioprocess Inside Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for growing the sales funnel within assigned small and mid-sized accounts in the Nordic region. You will establish professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts, and elevate awareness around Cytiva’s capabilities within the Nordic healthcare segment.
This position will be remotely based with the ideal location being within Denmark, Southern Sweden or the Uppsala/Stockholm region. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you’ll do:

  • With scientific expertise and strong business acumen, you conduct professional sales calls via telephone to drive profitable sales growth
  • Use Salesforce.com to track activities, gather customer information, and cultivate opportunities
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal and external team members to develop account-specific strategies
  • Develop proposal, generate quote, negotiate with customer stakeholders and finalize product specifications
  • Be part of a well-established commercial organization to ensure a concrete network of internal partners
