Repligen is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bioprocessing Sales Specialist to expand and accelerate the growth of our differentiated downstream filtration portfolio. This role focuses on driving adoption of solutions supporting critical steps in the production of biologic drugs—primarily within Protein, mRNA, and Cell & Gene Therapy workflows. Covering a broad territory across EMEA, you will engage both new and established biopharmaceutical customers, partnering closely with regional sales teams to deliver exceptional value and exceed revenue targets. Responsibilities This role is remote, reporting to the Global Bioprocess Specialist, and requires approximately 50% travel. What You’ll Do Promote and sell a broad portfolio of downstream filtration technologies, including TangenX® flat-sheet cassettes, Spectrum® hollow fiber modules, and benchtop/pilot-scale TFF systems. Partner with Bioproduction Account Managers to drive opportunity development and support the full sales lifecycle. Develop and execute a regional business plan in collaboration with the Regional Sales Director and Global BSS Leader. Clearly articulate product value propositions, competitive advantages, and technical differentiators. Lead sales negotiations with technical, operations, and planning stakeholders. Build and maintain strong Strategic Key Account relationships. Identify, qualify, and cultivate new target accounts. Support customers as they move from lab-scale development through full-scale clinical and commercial manufacturing. Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting. Serve as the customer advocate by communicating market trends, product feedback, and competitive insights internally. Collaborate with Business and Market Development teams to provide timely and relevant market information. Support development and refinement of sales collateral and technical marketing materials. Qualifications What You Bring Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in a relevant scientific discipline. 5–10+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical or life science industries. Strong technical understanding of chromatography and filtration; familiarity with the full bioprocess workflow is preferred. Demonstrated success in sales, territory development, and new business generation. Ability to build trusted, productive relationships with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional partners. Strong analytical, planning, and forecasting skills. Willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory.
