We are looking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our growing team!
We are a Vancouver-based Biotechnology Company that provides molecular diagnostic testing services to a wide range of industries from coast to coast. The successful candidate is seeking a career in the biotechnology field, is organized and diligent, and has a strong willingness to learn. This position has a strong potential for growth and advancement within the Company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience working in an operational, customer service or administrative capacity preferred;
• Industry knowledge/experience an asset; and
• Bachelor’s of Science (BSc) or equivalent, preferred but not required.

• Taking ownership of order fulfilment, supply requests and QC measures for final products and reports;
• Managing inbound and outbound shipping requests;
• Handle incoming client calls, assisting with inquiries, scheduling collection appointments and providing results interpretation; and
• Providing support to the account management, sales team and other departments, as needed.
