The Role:
We are searching for a Head Waiter to lead service FOH. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring that the initial and lasting impression is positive, and that our guests experience the exceptional service for which were renowned, right from their first step into our venue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and Welcome: Ensure all guests are welcomed warmly and assisted promptly.
• Lead Table Service: Efficiently manage table service, premium package deliverables, seating, and the VIP experience;
• Supervise and train section waiters in the service delivery standards expected of Bird’s, enhancing service deliverables and growing your team’s compentancy;
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers professionally, ensuring all inquiries and communication are handled with grace and efficiency.
• IT Management: Manage POS systems competently.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Appearance: Impeccable grooming and a consistent, warm smile.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in English.
• Customer Service: Proven experience in a lead waiting role, with the ability to manage section waiters and FOH service effectively.
• IT Skills: Basic IT acumen, with ability to manage the detail in POS systems and troubleshoot minor IT issues.
