Key Responsibilities: Install bird deterrent systems (netting, shock track, optical gel, spikes, visual deterrents, etc.) Perform exclusion work using hardware cloth, sealants, and other materials to prevent animal entry Conduct inspections and identify areas of bird/wildlife activity or damage Clean and remove bio-debris and sanitize affected areas Operate lifts, ladders, and other access equipment safely Communicate clearly with clients and complete service reports Maintain tools, materials, and safety equipment in good condition Requirements Skills & Requirements: Experience in construction, roofing, pest control, or related trades preferred Comfortable with heights and outdoor work in various weather conditions Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Professional communication and customer service skills Typical Work Environment: Commercial buildings, warehouses, loading docks, roofs, parapets, etc. Work involves climbing, operating lifts, and repelling.
