Description

Key Responsibilities:​

  • Assist the property management team in handling matters related to utility bills (such as water, electricity, and gas) and council tax bills for managed properties, ensuring the smooth progress of expense calculation and payment processes;​
  • Provide support and answers to tenants regarding utility usage and property maintenance, respond promptly to tenant needs, and enhance the tenant living experience;​
  • Assist the property manager in completing property inspection work, including recording the condition of housing facilities, identifying potential issues, etc., to ensure the property is in good condition;​
  • Assist in conducting client viewing services, including accompanying visits, introducing property details, etc., to help clients gain a thorough understanding of the property.​

Required Skills:​

  • Possess excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, and be able to communicate effectively with team members, tenants, and clients using both languages;​
  • Have strong multi-tasking abilities, able to reasonably prioritize tasks in a busy work environment and ensure the orderly completion of all tasks.
