Job description

• Provide personal care to patients proactively and with compassion.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as grooming, dressing and bathing.
• Plan and prepare meals.
• Help with patient mobility and transfers.
• Perform light household duties

• Health Care Aide Certificate.
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License
• Reliable vehicle for work
• Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening within the last 3 months.
• Up-to-date Immunization Record.
• Availability to work days, evenings and weekends
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Proven interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Previous community experience an asset
• Medication Assistance Certificate an asset

Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 per week
