Byronz Restaurant Family is continuing to grow with its Bistro Byronz concept. We are currently hiring for our Server and Bartender positions with day and night availability. Positions available to start immediately. We will contact you for an interview upon receipt of qualified applicants. As a member of our restaurant team, you will be an important part of creating a positive dining experience for the guests visiting your restaurant. Regardless of the position, you and your team will be the reason your customers continue coming back. BARTENDER (INCLUDES SERVING SHIFTS) Byronz Restaurant Family is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, team player host/hostess to welcome guests into our establishment, and ensure they leave satisfied, with a friendly goodbye. Individuals who apply must submit a current resume and should have the following skills and attributes: Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions Providing excellent food and beverage service Obtain and utilize comprehensive knowledge of the food and beverage menus Obtain and utilize comprehensive knowledge of beer, wine, classic cocktails and bar-tending methodology Executing guests orders and requests accurately and timely Answering phone calls, taking reservations and answering questions Helping out with other positions in the restaurant as needed Providing great customer service SERVER Greeting guests as they enter, and putting them on a waiting list as necessary Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions Providing excellent food and beverage service Obtain and utilize comprehensive knowledge of the food and beverage menus Executing guests orders and requests accurately and timely Answering phone calls, taking reservations and answering questions Helping out with other positions in the restaurant as needed Providing great customer service For all positions we ask you to: Smile Be Positive and Composed Be Consistent and Reliable Be able to multitask quickly, yet thoroughly Communicate effectively Demonstrate teamwork Develop connections with guests Adhere to recipes for cocktails as defined by policies Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule Have reliable transportation Maintain an adherence to all the policies and guidelines of the restaurant Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.
