GUEST EXPERIENCE:

Assist in providing the direction, support and empowerment of staff to deliver a professional and exceptional restaurant experience for each guest
Creatively seek and implement new ideas as to presentation and delivery of food and beverage to enhance guest experience
Increase guest satisfaction by providing appetizing pantry “grab-n-go” meals
Communicate any possible group leads to the sales team
