Overview:
Peak Cellars is located on a 7-acre property down the road from OFE, and is home to our Goldie Road Vineyard. Wine isn’t the only thing the property produces; the half-acre organic vegetable garden and two greenhouses supply the highest quality fruits and vegetables for the Garden Bistro.
We are looking for full- and part-time Servers to join our incredible team of wine and food lovers.

RESPONSABILITIES

The main responsibilities of the Server include:

  • Greet guests and enthusiastically represent our brand, providing service that goes above and beyond the expectations of our guests.
  • Provide efficient and exceptional service to all of our guests.
  • Taking guest food and drink orders, processing in POS system and taking payments
  • Perform daily cash out
  • Continually seek information about organizational menus, wines and daily features
  • Be comfortable with the different services and experiences available for our guests
  • Assist in answering phones
  • Stock wine and service supplies
  • Wash and polish glassware
  • Follow cleaning checklist and procedures

Reports to: Front of House Manager and Assistant Bistro Manager
