ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a creative thinker and experienced bistro supervisor/host to lead our trade and ensure the smooth running of Little Pebbles. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to developing the business, working alongside our General Manager on special offers, and collaborating with the kitchen team to tailor the menu to guest preferences. Most importantly, you will help create a great atmosphere while managing front-of-house operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise operations focusing on quality, customer satisfaction, and effective team collaboration
• Lead by example, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding service
• Prepare drinks and serve customers during service hours
• Ensure the bistro is well-stocked and fully prepared for service
• Train and develop staff to maintain excellent customer experience standards
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, reservations, and resolve issues promptly both in person and by phone.
