In this role, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our high-productivity bitumen emulsion manufacturing plant. You’ll play a key part in day-to-day plant operations, manufacturing activities, maintenance, and upholding strong safety and environmental standards. You’ll also be responsible: * Working collaboratively as part of a close team  * Ensuring raw materials are available to meet customer demand * Maintaining plant equipment to a high standard * Completing plant performance logs and keeping systems up to date   Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills Most importantly, you’ll bring a proactive, “can‑do” attitude and enjoy being part of a small, supportive team, along with a solid focus on health, safety, and environmental care. You’ll also need to be physically fit and comfortable at heights and in confined spaces.
