Coordinate between global teams (U.S., China, and Mexico) to ensure consistent technical standards, process alignment, and project milestones. Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and resource plans. Partner with equipment suppliers and system integrators to ensure on-time delivery, installation, and commissioning. Support process capability validation, trials, and launch readiness at the Monterrey site. Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with OEM Production System principles. Report project status to leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation actions. Strong hands-on knowledge of BIW processes, tooling, and automation, including welding, joining, and assembly systems. Experience working across multiple global manufacturing sites (preferably including China and Mexico). Excellent knowledge of robotic systems commissioning, installation sequencing, and plant layout optimization. Ability to lead cross-functional, multi-location teams under tight timelines. Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills. Preferred Skills Familiarity with OEM Production Systems and other lean manufacturing methodologies.
