The new store manager position is officially open! This is a 32-40 hour a week position. Half the time is on the floor and the other half is administrative time. The administrative time is both in location and at the corporate office. You will meet weekly with Erika for your first 6 months in the position, longer if necessary. Every other week this will be with all managers. The store manager is ultimately responsible to make sure the store is staffed at all times. They are also responsible to make sure that BHB’s core values are being met (refer to Employee Manuel for a description of our core values). Below is a list of traits we are looking for in a store manager: Have a passion for BHB and Brewing Kindness Act as a role model to other team members. Are confident in leading others Are able to delegate Understand how to create a great customer service experience and are able to teach others Enjoy leading a team and motivating others. Are open to learning how to build a positive, energetic and upbeat store atmosphere for your team Organized both in scheduling and in your store Observant in your store and with your staff Are able to help with emergency shift coverage Take initiative and are self-motivated. Are open to learning new things. Have great communications skills.
Responsibilities
The store manager is responsible for ensuring the store is staffed at all times and that BHB’s core values are met. They will also manage both on-floor operations and administrative tasks.
