About this role We are seeking a dynamic, experienced learning professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting the global learning and development strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a background in learning and development, with exposure to learning design and technology, excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for developing talent. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with BlackRock's business goals and objectivesSupport learning needs for various BlackRock AcademiesSupport the intake, design, development, and delivery of global and regional training courses, ensuring they meet the needs of the business and our employees.Shaping the curriculum of globally required training courses, including Compliance, Information Security and HR courses.Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify learning needs and ensure the effective implementation of learning initiativesPartner with HR Technology Platform team to drive the adoption of innovative learning technologies and methodologies to enhance the learning experience and improve outcomesProvide support on Learning Experience Platform for learning content/pathways management.Partner with various team members to establish metrics and evaluation processes to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and continuously improve their impact Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, or a related field. Graduate degree preferred.
