We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team at our Parts Distribution Center in St. Paul, MN. This position is responsible for daily picking of outbound orders, stock staging, and assisting with checking in and staging receiving parts when necessary. This is a full-time position that will include any driving or operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, stretch wrapper, etc. The person in this position will also need to be able to operate a scanner, scanning parts to staging totes, with a strong attention to detail. Requirements The essential duties include: Scan and stage outbound customer and interbranch orders. Wrapping shipments and labeling for delivery to stores. Picking stock and customer orders. Stage for outbound scanning and shipping. Assist with checking in and labeling inbound parts when needed. Attention to detail to ensure parts are received and staged correctly. Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed. Assist will call customers. Assist parts runners. Help with organization of the warehouse Assist with warehouse organization projects and other tasks as needed Conduct daily cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory Position Requirements: Great work ethic Willingness to jump in and help where needed Strong Attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Computer and phone skills Exceptional Organizational skills and follow up Reliability and a dedication to be a hard worker Ability to work independently maintaining a safe, efficient and friendly work environment Honesty and respect Physical Requirements: At Blaine Brothers Maintenance, an employee in the Warehouse position, pulls/stock, restocks, loads/unloads, moves and delivers parts to departments within Blaine Brothers or over the road delivery to customers. Move products with forklift, pallet jack and other specialty equipment. They need the ability to walk/bend/push and pull product or equipment frequently. Firm grip and handling of product is also frequent. Product may need to be delivered to customer and this involves driving truck to and from Blaine Brothers Maintenance.
