CLASSIFICATION MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Master’s degree in an appropriate area (mechanical engineering, architecture, building construction/management) and two years of relevant experience; or a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area and four years of relevant experience. LEED AP credential required or CBCP, CEM, CEA certification from the Association of Energy Engineers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Participate in software testing, utility project tracking, and special initiatives.
• Support Facilities Services leadership on special reporting requests or ad hoc studies.
  Required: Valid Class E Driver’s License for occasional site visits
