The Blended Learning Consultant will design, develop, and facilitate learning opportunities and hospital-wide initiatives at the direction of the Director, Staff Development. The primary focus is computer-based training development but may encompass other applications and/or augmenting proprietary application. This position will also conduct activities related to the development and support of the training modules, including training materials and maintenance of training environment. This person must be familiar with the principles of adult learning and a variety of training concepts, practices, and procedures.
Responsibilities
The Blended Learning Consultant will design, develop, and facilitate learning opportunities and hospital-wide initiatives under the direction of the Director of Staff Development.
