QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, 3D Modeling, Animation, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Blender Artist, 3D Modeler, or Animator, with an extensive portfolio showcasing advanced modeling, rendering, and animation skills.
• Expertise in Blender (modeling, sculpting, animation) and proficiency with additional tools like 3ds Max and Rhino.
• Mastery of render engines: Cycles, EEVEE, KeyShot, Octane, Light Tracer Render.
• Strong understanding of topology, UV unwrapping, and geometry optimization for high-quality results.
• Proven ability to create advanced materials and shaders, simulating real-world surfaces like metal, gemstones, glass, and more.
• Experience with product animation, including camera movement, lighting setups, and dynamic effects for impactful presentations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of design principles, including scale, proportions, and aesthetics, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Familiarity with ZBrush or Substance Painter for texture creation and sculpting.
• Experience with VR/AR applications for immersive product presentations.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and how 3D models translate to real-world production.
• Ability to deliver creative solutions to technical challenges in 3D visualization and animation.
• Strong interest in luxury product markets, with a passion for innovation in high-end design.
  Pay: AED 5,500.00 - AED 7,500.00 per month (depending on experience).

• Create high-quality 3D models, animations, and photorealistic renderings for products including jewelry, accessories, and other luxury goods.
• Use advanced modeling techniques to ensure clean topology, perfect bevels, and optimized geometry for production-ready designs.
• Develop materials, textures, and advanced shader setups for lifelike representation using Blender’s EEVEE and Cycles, as well as other render engines like KeyShot and Octane.
• Convert any image, blueprint, or SVG file into a precise 3D model, ensuring attention to intricate details.
• Produce interactive animations, 360-degree product renders, and walkthroughs for marketing, e-commerce, and presentation purposes.
• Collaborate with creative teams to translate design concepts into compelling 3D visuals that align with branding and product goals.
• Ensure all designs maintain the highest standards of visual appeal, focusing on lighting, material accuracy, and photorealistic outputs.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while delivering consistent quality.
• Enhance 3D outputs with post-production tools like Adobe Photoshop to ensure polished visuals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques, ensuring cutting-edge designs for luxury markets.
