JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Blender Operator to join our team in Highlands, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining blending equipment to ensure the accurate mixing of raw materials according to production specifications. This role requires adherence to safety standards and quality control procedures to support efficient production processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Operate blending machinery to mix raw materials according to specified formulas and production schedules. * Monitor equipment during operation to ensure proper functioning and product quality. * Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of blending equipment to maintain optimal performance. * Record production data and maintain accurate logs of blending activities. * Follow safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment. * Collaborate with production and quality control teams to resolve any blending issues. * Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. QUALIFICATIONS * Previous experience operating blending or mixing equipment preferred. * Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. * Ability to read and interpret production orders and formulas. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. * Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed. WORKING CONDITIONS This position involves standing for extended periods and working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and machinery.
