Position Overview We are seeking a Blending Operator to join our production team at our Coldwater, Michigan facility on 3rd Shift. This role is responsible for operating blending equipment to accurately prepare refractory metal powder blends in accordance with engineering specifications and production schedules. The Blending Operator plays a critical role in ensuring product quality, material traceability, and process consistency while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
