About the Role: The Blending Operator plays a critical role in the production process by accurately mixing raw materials to create high-quality blended products according to specified formulations. Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in blending or mixing operations. * Basic understanding of safety procedures and equipment operation. * Ability to read and interpret production instructions and batch sheets. * Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials as required. Preferred Qualifications: * Certification or training in industrial blending or process operations. * Experience working with automated blending systems and computerized control panels. * Familiarity with quality control standards and documentation practices. * Knowledge of chemical handling and storage procedures. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
