Blend Order Pullers build pallets of bulk materials, frequently lifting 50 pound bags of raw materials and stacking on pallets. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Operate a motorized high-reach/order picker truck, high-reach forklift, or turret truck to pull either bulk order for primarily blends, though may assist in pulling bulk orders for other purposes Build pallets based on “recipe” for blends, including labeling all materials as needed Physically lift, sort, and stack 50 pound bags or boxes of raw materials used in blending Perform other routine warehouse duties as assigned, or other blend duties as assigned Operate motorized forklift, filling machines, picker, and motorized pallet jack to move shipments, load & unload trucks, and stock handling Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by properly disposing of waste materials, sweeping floors, and removing trash daily Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Team player with a solid work ethic who is always prompt and committed to maintaining consistent work attendance Display exceptional attention to detail as well as the adaptability to move to a different position as required Other Essential Functions: Upholds the values and mission of All Seasonings Ingredients Follows all policies and procedures set by All Seasonings Ingredients Perform other duties as requested by their supervisor The Employer retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position Requirements Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Ability to receive, track, and distribute materials, supplies, and equipment Ability to read, interpret, sort, check, count, and verify numbers and paperwork Physically able to lift and manipulate heavy objects Clearly and concisely communicate verbally and in writing Strong organizational skills Work independently with minimal supervision Experience, Education, and Training - High school diploma/GED required Equivalent combinations of education and work experience will be considered Food & Beverage or perishable goods industry experience is highly desirable Electronic Inventory- handheld scanners- experience strongly preferred Power Equipment experience strongly preferred Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is subject to the following requirements: The employee regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Ability to see, talk, and hear The employee is often required to stand, and use their hands and fingers to handle, feel, or type The employee is also required to walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl Strong aromas of spice, allergens, and particulates in the air Compensation: All Seasonings, Ingredients, Inc. offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
