THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor who thrives on delivering outstanding service and building genuine connections with customers. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our service department — helping customers feel welcome, informed, and confident in the care their vehicle receives.
You’ll work closely with our experienced Service Manager and a high-performing team, gaining exposure to best practices and contributing to our mission of delivering industry-leading customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming customers and managing service bookings with hospitality and professionalism
  • Responding to queries via phone, email, and social media regarding WOF and service repair bookings
  • Creating accurate job repair orders and communicating recommendations
  • Coordinating with technicians and departments to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Contributing ideas to continuously improve the customer experience
