Over time, you’ll learn repairs, sales, and installations, with the potential to manage the shop and train others. This physically demanding job starts part-time and requires stamina, focus, and a desire to do things right. It’s not a quick gig—it’s a path to leadership for those who stick with it.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Clean blinds with precision, spotting imperfections others miss.
  • Learn repair techniques and train new staff to meet our high standards.
  • Progress to measuring, installing, and selling blinds to customers.
  • Work independently in a factory setting, managing heavy lifting, overhead work, and stairs.
  • Package blinds for delivery, ensuring smooth operations.
