BECOME A TAX & LEGAL GRADUATE AT PWC AND STEP INTO THE ROLE OF A CONSULTANT

Would you like to explore tax law, finance, and legal topics? And do you want to see how both large and small companies across Denmark operate?
Become a graduate at PwC and jump straight into the role of consultant. Over the next 2 years, you will develop your professional toolbox, continuously gain more responsibility while working on projects, and build close relationships with clients and colleagues.
If you have a data or technology profile or background, we are also on the lookout for graduates for our technology team.

ACT AS A CONSULTANT ON FINANCIAL, ECONOMIC, AND LEGAL TASKS

In Tax & Legal, we help clients in the Danish business community across a wide range of legal areas and nearly all aspects of tax law. Therefore, you can look forward to tackling a variety of different tasks. The exact tasks you will work on depend on which department you become part of:

• Compliance & Wealth – working at the intersection of corporate and personal tax.
• Deals Tax – working with private equity clients and M&A transactions.
• Indirect Taxes – working with VAT, customs, and excise duties.
• Business Tax – working with corporate tax, restructuring, succession planning, and property tax.
• International Tax Services - working with international tax matters for Danish and multinational corporations, as well as foundations, private equity, and financial companies.
• Transfer Pricing – working with multinational companies’ cross-border transactions.
• Shipping, Oil & Energy (only in Hellerup) – working with energy, oil, and shipping companies.
• Workforce - working with reward strategies that attract, motivate, and retain employees.

As a consultant, you will work very independently, but we solve tasks in teams, so you will also work with colleagues from other areas within PwC.
