Job Summary and key responsibilities We are looking for an organised and proactive Block Administration Assistant to support our Block Management team. This role will provide administrative support and is ideal for someone with strong administration and IT skills who is looking to develop a career within the property sector. Key Responsibilities: Managing incoming emails and telephone calls Handling customer and client enquiries Instructing contractors and arranging works Raising invoices Saving and maintaining electronic records and documentation Providing general administrative support.
