JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking skilled Block and Beam flooring Installer/gang to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in this field. As a Flooring Installer, you will be responsible for the installation beams, blocks, polystyrene and topsheet, ensuring high-quality workmanship and contractor satisfaction.
Must hold a valid CSCS card.

• Proficient in construction techniques and practices related to flooring installation.
• Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in the flooring industry.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics for accurate installations.

• Measure and cut flooring materials to fit designated areas accurately.
• Install a variety of flooring types, beams, block, polystyrene and topsheet.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete installations.
• Follow schematics and design plans to ensure proper layout and alignment of flooring.
• Collaborate with contractors to understand their needs and provide recommendations on flooring options.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout the installation process.
• Conduct post-installation inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
