£50,000 + DOE & QUALIFICATIONS

An exciting opportunity has come up with a leading client of ours here at One Property Recruitment. We are working closely with a managing agent in West London / Reading area, who are looking for a Block Manager to step up into a senior position, due to growth. You will be managing a residential portfolio in West London, Reading and surrounding areas, made up of 500 units over 15 + blocks. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your skill set and hit the ground running in a rapidly growing business. Daily Duties will include.

• Site visits to your residential portfolio in West London and surrounding areas.
• Building strong relationships with leaseholders and clients
• Setting complex service charge budgets
• Mentoring / supporting junior colleagues.
• Ensuring the portfolio is compliant with Health & Safety regulations.
• Oversee and lead on major works projects.

Autonomy within this role is huge and with flexible home working, they need to ensure that the candidate can stand firmly on their own two feet. You will be good at prioritising your workload effectively and be able to work well within a team. They are wanting to work with people who will strive for success and think outside the box. You must have experience within a fast-paced environment, whilst managing a residential portfolio.

Package:

• Salary of up to £50,000 +
• 22 days holiday + Bank holidays and Christmas.
• Sponsorship of all market leading TPI qualifications.
• Flexible working hours (start early / finish early etc)
