Provides supervision to donor telemarketers. This position requires flexibility of hours. EDUCATION: High school diploma. Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications preferred EXPERIENCE/TRAINING: One year related experience. Experience in a blood donor center, preferred. Venipuncture competency required if employee performs blood draws. Responsibilities

Develops and coordinates the blood donor program to meet Donor Center goals by recruiting whole blood and platelet donors through community interaction and event establishment. This includes organizing mobile and in-house collections and conducting informational meetings, while also providing supervision to donor telemarketers.
