MORE ABOUT US

  • We’re a tight-knit team; however, there is space to work autonomously and independently quite a bit.
  • You’ll never work on the weekend or hear from me (Avery) after 6 PM during the week (unless there is an emergency). People rarely work on Fridays here; if they do, it’s on their own time - when they want, how they want.
  • You’ll have autonomy and input in selecting every client we work with. No surprises. We get collective team approval before taking on any new contracts.
Responsibilities

We’re looking to connect with HR leaders, workplace coaches, and workplace enthusiasts who have a strong understanding of how to build essential—but often overlooked—leadership and interpersonal skills. If you have experience in leadership & team development, workplace culture & organizational growth, negotiation & conflict resolution, change management, workplace productivity, or HR strategy & talent development, we’d love to hear from you
In this role. you can facilitate sessions using Bloom’s original materials or bring your own content (at a negotiated rate!). Either way, we’re here to equip workplaces with the skills that truly make a difference—together.
