We are currently seeking a passionate and organized individual to fill the position of Blooming Lead in our Retail & Office Operations team. As a Blooming Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our flower shop while leading and mentoring our retail staff. This position combines creative floral merchandising with excellent organizational and customer service skills. You will be responsible for ensuring that our shop maintains high standards of presentation, product quality, and overall customer satisfaction.
