SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Blow Moulding Technician to join our team in Northfleet. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production process, ensuring that our blow moulding operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to our commitment to quality and excellence. We will consider cross training a suitable candidate from an injection moulding environment.

• Operate and maintain blow moulding machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during production.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.
• Document production data and report any discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and practices.
• Assist in training new technicians on equipment operation.
• Forklift experience would be advantageous
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Blow Moulding Technician or similar role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
