QUALIFICATIONS

· At least 3 years of experience operating 3-layer and 5-layer Blown Film extrusion machinery.
· Proficient in adjusting machine settings and performing quality checks.
· Skilled in managing product ranges such as LDPE, HDPE, Shrink Hood, Shrink Films, Pallet covers and Lamination Films.
· Basic mechanical aptitude and capable of reading and interpreting technical documents.
· Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on quality.
· Physical endurance and ability to lift heavy objects.
· Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

This is a full-time on-site role in Ras Al Khaimah for an Extruder Operator at PROTECT PLAST CO LLC. The Extruder Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring 3 layer and 5 layer Blown Film extrusion machinery, adjusting machine settings, ensuring product quality, conducting quality checks, and maintaining production records. Additionally, the Extruder Operator will collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and adhere to safety regulations.
